At Strapcode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your watch strap or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
